Procedures for joining<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Membership Application Dossier includes:<\/strong><\/p>

a) A voluntary application to join the Association (according to the prescribed form).<\/p>

b) A copy of the citizen identification card (for individuals).<\/p>

c) A copy of the business registration certificate or the decision to establish the organization\/unit.<\/p>

2. Members will be removed from the membership list in the following cases:<\/strong><\/p>

a) Voluntarily submitting a resignation letter from the Association;<\/p>

b) Committing criminal offenses;<\/p>

c) Serious violations of the Charter, regulations, rules, codes of conduct, and resolutions or decisions of the Association;<\/p>

d) The organization\/unit is suspended, terminated, or declared bankrupt;<\/p>

\u0111) Engaging in activities contrary to the purposes of the Association, causing damage to its reputation or finances;<\/p>

e) Failing to pay membership fees for one (1) year or failing to participate in two (2) consecutive meetings without legitimate reasons;<\/p>

g) Membership rights and obligations shall cease after the Standing Committee issues a decision to remove the member and notifies other members;<\/p>

h) Upon removal from the membership list, the member will not be refunded any membership fees or other contributions to the Association. <\/p>

3. The Standing Committee of the Association decides on the admission and removal of members from the Association’s list.<\/strong><\/p>

4. Membership Fees (applicable from 2025) (According to Decision No. 04\/Q\u0110-QAFASEP dated April 15, 2025 of the Association):<\/strong><\/p>

President of the Association: VND 5,000,000\/person\/year;<\/p>

Executive Committee Member: VND 2,000,000\/person\/year;

<\/p>
