1. Membership Application Dossier includes:

a) A voluntary application to join the Association (according to the prescribed form).

b) A copy of the citizen identification card (for individuals).

c) A copy of the business registration certificate or the decision to establish the organization/unit.

2. Members will be removed from the membership list in the following cases:

a) Voluntarily submitting a resignation letter from the Association;

b) Committing criminal offenses;

c) Serious violations of the Charter, regulations, rules, codes of conduct, and resolutions or decisions of the Association;

d) The organization/unit is suspended, terminated, or declared bankrupt;

đ) Engaging in activities contrary to the purposes of the Association, causing damage to its reputation or finances;

e) Failing to pay membership fees for one (1) year or failing to participate in two (2) consecutive meetings without legitimate reasons;

g) Membership rights and obligations shall cease after the Standing Committee issues a decision to remove the member and notifies other members;

h) Upon removal from the membership list, the member will not be refunded any membership fees or other contributions to the Association.

3. The Standing Committee of the Association decides on the admission and removal of members from the Association’s list.

4. Membership Fees (applicable from 2025) (According to Decision No. 04/QĐ-QAFASEP dated April 15, 2025 of the Association):

President of the Association: VND 5,000,000/person/year;

Executive Committee Member: VND 2,000,000/person/year;

Regular Member: VND 1,500,000/person/year;
